    The only thing that I could complain about is that you do not offer courtesy rides. Even my local dealership which is smaller and in a smaller town offers this.

    Sean Clark was my service agent. He was fantastic! He explained what was going to happen to my vehicle and about how long it would take. While I was in the waiting room, Mr. Clark informed me that the service was going to take a little longer and why. Outstanding service.

    Being a automotive technician well-versed in the automotive field as well as heavy equipment the biggest key to having a successful business is communication between a technician, the service writer and the customer. I made an appointment for 8 AM, stating that I will need to wait for the vehicle. it was a simple oil change and fuel filter replacement, I am well capable of doing the service myself but I like to have the dealer document it and perform it because it’s a brand new truck. It’s good to have documentation I stated to the service writer please be sure the technician lubricates all grease points on the truck again lubrication is far better than premature wear and premature replacement of expensive parts and loss of work time. It’s just called looking out for the customers wallet they brought my vehicle in at 8:20 and proceeded to have my vehicle in the air on the lift for 2 1/2 hours I might add. I also requested tire balance and rotation after a lengthy wait, the service writer has stated to me I should be done shortly while at the payment point of $458, I found that to be ridiculous. She also added that there was a recall/update on my power steps that they also performed although I stated at the drop off time of 7:50 AM that time is of the essence and I need to get to work as soon as possible I think they should’ve concentrated more on greasing , all of the grease points that I requested. Unfortunately that part was not performed properly. Unfortunately it’s not just this particular dealership. This is my third Duramax and I’ve had trouble getting my trucks serviced properly at multiple dealerships. I think I just hold myself in a higher standard than the GM service techs do.
