I had made an appointment for 8am for an oil change, tire rotation, and checking on a check engine light. Nothing was found to be faulty as I’m sure it was a dirty sensor of some kind. I live on a dirt road and when it rains, things get messy. The whole process was timely, the staff was pleasant, and the entire shop seemed very well run. HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC | 2024 Chevrolet Suburban 1500August 5, 2025The person who called me up to the service desk had ear buds in the entire time we spoke. I needed a simple oil change with DEF fluid and my tires needed even tire pressure. We had a flat (you all fix in June) but were given the vehicle back with 3 different tire pressures. The individual questioned me about rear differential fluid and I declined as we're only at 11,000 miles. As soon as I sat with our son in the kid's area the ear bud wearing agent popped up again to ask me questions as he stated he didn't realize our vehicle was diesel. After I repeated our 3 needs he proceeded to pull our Suburban out of a tight parking spot almost clipping the vehicle to the right of it. All these issues made us question whether or not our vehicle was in good, capable hands. DEF was not full upon the finishing of service and the tires were still at 3 different PSI levels but I felt it would be useless to go back to tell the 'service' agent who clearly was not listening.Response from Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet
