Sat there to find out a part needed to be ordered for lock harness. Advisor implied I couldn’t bring my car back on Saturday due to lack of techs. I work all week. Are you going to give me a loaner? STiLL haven’t heard back from you about my AM radio issue.

A $350 fee on top of the product cost for 4 door rain guards and hood guard seems high, even for a Silverado. Upon review at pickup time, the install was completed to my liking and I expect it to last for years to come. Overall I am happy with the staff and quality of work we have done at Mike Reichenbach Chevy, which is why we keep going back. The Silverado is the 4th vehicle in the last 5.5 years.
